Product / Search analytics
Know what your buyers search for and cannot find
Search analytics records every query, its result count, clicks and resulting orders. Shopsense surfaces zero-result searches, trending queries and conversion by query so you can fix catalog gaps and name products the way buyers search. For a distributor, the search log is the most honest demand signal you own.

Why search data matters more in B2B
Retail analytics tells you what people browse. B2B search analytics tells you what customers intend to buy, in their own words and codes. A zero-result search for a code you do not stock is a request for a new product. A spike in searches for a brand is a demand forecast. A high-search, low-order query is a pricing or availability problem.
Zero-result report
Every query that returned nothing, grouped and ranked by frequency, with the accounts that ran it. Each row is one of three things: a product you should stock, a code or alias you should map in the ERP, or a synonym you should add. Acting on a row from inside the report is described once that action exists in the product.
Popular and rising queries
Top queries by volume for any period, and queries whose volume rose fastest week over week. Filter by account or customer group. A region filter is included when your accounts carry a region.
Conversion by query
For each query: searches, clicks, add-to-carts and orders, with the revenue attributed to it. Sort by lowest conversion among high-volume queries to find the results pages that need work.
Code vs word searches
The share of searches that are SKUs or barcodes versus product words, and how each converts. Distributors are often surprised by how high the code share is. It tells you where to invest in catalog data. A percentage across customer storefronts is published when that measurement exists.
Exports
Enterprise includes exports on top of the in-product reports. The file format, any scheduled email, and API access are confirmed for your plan before you depend on them.
